Overall Role Objectives

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in this new business venture. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and establish our presence in the UAE market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization with immense potential for career advancement.

Key Performance Indicators / Responsibilities & Expected Results

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned area.
  • 2. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand the customer base.
  • 3. Analyze sales data and market trends to determine customer needs, pricing, and product requirements.

Sales Team Management:

  • 1. Train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • 2. Set sales targets and goals for the team and provide guidance and support to ensure they are achieved.
  • 3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team members.
  • 4. Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • 2. Understand customer needs and requirements and ensure they are met effectively.
  • 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • 4. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their business and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:

  • 1. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the assigned area.
  • 2. Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • 3. Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Reporting and Administration:

  • 1. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the assigned area.
  • 2. Monitor and control expenses within the allocated budget.
  • 3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • 4. Utilize sales management tools and CRM systems to track and monitor sales activities.


Required Specific Knowledge, Skills & Tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or geographical area.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven mind-set.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE market and the sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area as required.
